About Beverly
Beverly Williams is an LPGA Golf Professional and a member of the LPGA Teaching and Club Professional Division. As a playing professional, she played on the Futures Tour. After leaving the tour for health issues, Beverly then took the position of Head Women's Golf Coach at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. The team ranked No. 1 nationally in the NCAA Division II, and her team members held 3 out of the top 5 spots. Each step on her golf journey, from studying and learning the game to playing on the tour and finally coaching at Rollins, was designed to help her reach her goal of teaching golf.
Her late husband, Bill and she decided to relocate to Bella Vista, Arkansas in 1996. The bought a beautiful older house, designed by Fay Jones a student of Frank Lloyd Wright, and opened a bed and breakfast. It was the perfect place to start her golf schools. Bella Vista has several great golf courses and training facilities open for teaching. During her years of teaching, she has developed golf programs for all levels of golfers, Each school is tailored to the students in it.
The B. Williams Golf School was founded in 1998 by Beverly Williams,. In 2002 she was named one of Golf for Women Magazine's Top 50 Teachers in America. Designed to help all levels of golfers improve their game and enjoyment of that game, Beverly has worked to keep the schools small and personal. Students work directly with her and have plenty of time to interact outside of the scheduled lessons.
